The Hunter and The Hunted.

Waterfall

Now the greetings were made. While Benkei refused to do the S-shaped greeting, Van and Benkei would. R-17 would snicker to himself at the sight of how foolish they looked. He would also join in on the S-shaped salute. This would single out Benkei as the odd one out. At first, R-17 was slightly ticked off that Benkei didn't do the salute but it was ok. The stern man would look onto the four soldiers. "Hmm?" He would hear out Benkei before addressing them. "These women do seem suspicious." Stella would make an outburst claiming she would not talk so easily. At least, until Kira looked like she was gonna crack soon. She would then proceed to tell the two men that if they were to spare them that they would give them any answers they would seek. The stern man would look at Stella intently. It was if he tried to read her mind. He would also glance at the nervous Kira. The Boa Python soldier 490 would then look at 626 (Benkei) in confusion. "Wait a minute. Weren't you the group that was assigned to locating the energy cores that fell from the ship?" This was a minor error by use of words. Benkei had used the term "recon." The stern man would then look alerted. "Ummm.." R-17 would speak up. "Actually sir, we did come across 3 others. We took care of them already and their bodies are right over there." He would point towards the nearby waterfall. 490 would walk over to seeing the decapitated bodies of the Duran soldiers. "Wow! You guys did this? Impressive kill." 490 would praise them with his hands clenched on his hips. Returning to the group, the stern man was still looking at the group. "626, was it? Make no mistake, this was a decent find but you are still responsible for those energy cores. The process of making just one of those takes about 2 weeks, assuming we have the necessary material. Without those how will we fuel our great city Duran." The man would turn and face the airship. "These two women will be thoroughly interrogated by Ottoman Vlad of the Black Mamba. "We will be stationed here until dawn. You have until then to find those cores." R-17 would look confused. "Until dawn, sir?" "Yes. We've received a report that one of our fleets have encountered the Pegasus and is requesting back immediately. We aren't very far but it will take us a few hours to get there. So while we prepare to go you four will find the energy cores." Now a new target befalls them. This would be this first major clue they had received since embarking on this journey to rescuing the Oracle. The stern man would begin to walk towards the airship. "Oh yeah, I almost forgot. You all look ridiculous saluting. 626, as the leader of this group you should at least be doing the same salute." He continued back to the ship. 490 would then walk over to the girls. "You guys did good finding these girls." He would smirk with a sinful look. "I'll be taking them into the examination room. Don't want Vlad to ruin them before we can get their data."

Pegasus

It was clear what had to be done. Sod was shaken at the sight of his men easily defeated. Raphael would look over in his direction. Morlorn would stand up regaining his composure. Sod knew he stood no chance against this monster like man. He would signal a retreat of his soldiers by pressing a button he revealed from his sleeve. Furthermore, Sod had challenged Raphael. He was prepard to kill him or die trying. Raphael would look at him. "Allow me my lord." Morlorn had stepped in raising his hand to Sod. He unleashed his magic suspending Sod in the air. Using his magic, he hovered Sod over to him. "Now you will know true pain." Raphael would leave the room as Morlorn began to have his torturous fun with Sod.

The Pegasus is still falling getting closer and closer to the ground. As crew members had flew around the falling ship so have the Duran soldiers. Braaga and Sata had both jumped off the side of the ship and onto the ground. The would both look up into the sky as the ship continued to fall. "Now!" "I told ya not ta order me aroun'!" Sata and Braaga both raised their arms in order to catch the falling ship. Thankfully their inhuman strength was enough to withstand the impact of the ship to the ground. Due to gravity and the weight of the huge airship. The did struggle to keep the ship up. Their struggle however, was not in vain. They would toss the ship to the side and gasp for air. The were successful in stopping the airship from being completely destroyed.

Poshielle

Anna continued the healing process to stabilize Neesi. Akita had expressed how much she had missed her and thanked her with a hug. "I- I've really missed you so much too, Akita." She would hug her back. Akito would also thank her. Unfortunately for them, Zid had just appeared before them. He would call out Anna's name. "No. NO! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!" Anna would stand to face Zid screaming at him, clenching her fists together holding them tightly to her chest with her head down.

Shinji had stood triumphantly. He would begin to walk toward the direction of all the commotion. Unfortunately, he was met with the remaining two hooded men that were tagging villagers. "Great more of these hooded guys." Shinji would look at the villagers that came running over. "YOU GUYS AREN'T SAFE HERE! GER AWAY NOW!!" She would stance himself to take on these two men.

Biggs and Remi would stand at the top of a hill as they looked down onto were those brotherhood members were running. They spot them entering the village. "Oh no it can't be!" "The- the village is... it's ruined." They sight they were forced to see was truly terrifying. The burning buildings, dead bodies, it was all too horrible. "They will pay for what they are doing." Biggs has become uncharacteristically angered. Remi had looked on to him as he already made his way to the village with. "Those monsters..." Remi would close her eyes as she could only remember this happening to her. Koji would then begin to sniff around in the air. He would begin barking. The golem had responded to Koji. It was frantically jumping around as if it could feel what Koji was feeling. Koji would rush down the hill but not before the little golem could hitch a ride on him.
"Koji!" Remi would shout and chase after Koji. The wolf pup and golem were drawn to something.

Benkei would tense up as the two men seemed to catch on to him, singling him out as the odd one. The python solder would then state that they were responsible for locating the power core and no such recon was ordered "Apologizes sir's but the recon is necessary to locate the power core and potential threats just like these girls here " He lower his head in respect. The superiors would say they must find those power cores before they return to the Pegasus. This would catch the groups attention and benkei would tense up. They stated it would take about them about a few hours once we retrieved the power cores but until then they would be returning to the ship with the girls. As they returned to the ship and Benkei returned to the group , Benkei would look at van "Do you have a connection with kuro? make sure once they girls are safe kuro goes off and searches the whole ship for any information we can use okay?". Benkei would turn to r-17 "About those power cores, we need to find them promptly so we can save our lady got it! where was the last location you can pin point for those cores?"

Waterfall

The superior official had given his command. They were to finish searching for the power cores, and return them to the ship immediately. They couldn’t waste much time, for the Pegasus was in their grasp. Both Nir and Van realized that the Pegasus was the ship that had taken The Oracle. Nir stood motionless, thinking of how close they were to tracking down Persephone. He’d even ignore the Boa soldier who approached the young girls for a second. It wasn’t until the operative made a comment on the examinations that’d take place within the ship. ”No...” Nir mumbled beneath the helmet. He’d watch the two girls as they were escorted in by the officer.

Benkai would call in the group, asking Van if he could connect with Kuro. It was to ensure the safety of the two young women. Van stood there, watching the hangar door close. ”I could connect with Kuro...However, how exactly would he keep them safe without blowing our cover? We’ll just have to locate those cores quickly.”  Rushed with anxiety, Nir walked back and forth. He had already lost a hold of Persephone. Now Stella was in the hands of the enemy. And who knew what the men in that ship were capable of. ”Van’s right. Kuro protecting the girls would only ruin our plan. And we’re outside the ship. We wouldn’t be able to access it so easily if anything went wrong inside. We just have to hurry and find those cores.....”

During his back and forth pacing, he thought about the two girls. How everything had gone downhill in a matter of hours. He couldn’t lose both Persephone and Stella. As he pondered the misfortune, he began picking up an energy source. It was as if he could feel something in the air. Nir’d suddenly stop, ”Wait a minute....Do you guys feel that?” Van would turn to Nir, unable to feel what he had been experiencing. ”Feel what?”

Kira and Stella were now in enemy hands. For Stella, this was a bit frightening, but she knew that her friend would pull through. As for Kira, she was beginning to tremble. She had gone from being the announcer for the tournament in her home, to being a prisoner of war. Tears were beginning to form at the corners of her eyes. She was beginning to think about her father Leo, and the safety she had with him. ”S-Stella......What’s going to happen to us....?” Her blue eyes would look up at Stella, who maintained a calm mind. ”I don’t know Kira. But I promise you, I won’t allow them to touch you.” Stella’d turn to Kira, smiling. This was a facade, simply to calm the young girl down. In reality, Stella didn’t know what was going to happen to them both either.


Pegasus

Sod was suspended into the air, not even worth the effort by Raphael. He’d begin screaming from Morlorn’s torturing tactic. Every single Duran soldier on the ship was no incapacitated.

Poshielle

Zid was shocked! The young girl he cared for was now standing to him, taking the side of the villagers. He was baffled, as if he were going to harm them to begin with. The young boy wasn’t with the villagers of Poshielle, but he wouldn’t harm them. They were innocent in his eyes, and he could see that they were friends of Anna. “Anna! I wasn’t going to hur-“ A shadowy figure would step forth, towering over the young boy. It was Levesque! “My child. You have done well.” He’d quickly glance at the petrified demon that had been killed by Anna’s magic. “You brought me a child who possesses Holy magic.” Zid’d quickly turn to Levesque, “What!?” He’d then turn to Anna, not able to understand what Levesque was getting at. “This young girl will be my greatest weapon.” What Levesque was saying infuriated Zid. After everything he watched, there was no way he’d allow Levesque to control her. “Weapon? There’s no way you’re taking her!!!” The young boy would draw his sword, only to be stopped by the mark on his forehead. “I’m surprised this didn’t activate earlier....” It’d glow a crimson color before Zid would begin transforming into a demonic looking creature. “GAGHHHH!!!!”

Levesque would simply grin at his creation. Zid’s entire mind would go blank, only acting upon a demonic instinct to kill. “You shall kill the two children and their mother. Leave the girl alive.” Zid’d slowly turn his head to Akito and Akita. Saliva would begin seeping from the corners of his mouth.

The two members in the alleyway would begin their attack. They’d quickly cross each other in mid-air, descending on Shinji. One would swipe down with a massive bone-like blade from their arm. The other would land on all fours, clawed tentacles firing from its back to attempt a bind on Shinji’s legs.

Waterfall

Soldier 490 would bring the girls into the examination room. They were still tied up but he left them in the room alone to prepare.

Poshielle

Without a moment to spare the two members rushed Shinji. One had attacked from above. Shinji was able to roll and avoid that slash with no problem but, the second member had slung it's claw like tentecles at him wrapping up his leg. "Dammit!" Shinji was now stuck and at the mercy of these two demonic beasts.

Anna had been looking on to Zid very defensively. She was under the wrong impression that he would attack her or Akita's family. Zid had tried to explain himself until Levesque stepped in. He had claimed that Anna would be the perfect weapon for him after discovering her Holy magic affinity. Zid would not stand for this and would face him. Anna would back up creating distant from this man. She was frightened.

Biggs had already entered the village before Remi and was fighting with the brotherhood members. These ones weren't particularly strong so even Biggs could take them out. He would take them out one after the other, saving villagers that were in danger. "Run away from here!!" He would scream at them.

Koji and the little golem had taken a different path. They were headed in the direction of the least commotion. "Koji! Huff huff.. Wait up!!" Remi was barely able to keep up with them.

Pegasus

It was chaotic. Bodies on bodies, debris on debris. The Pegasus was a mess. Sata and Braaga had been walking around looking over the dead bodies. Raphael had emerged from out the airship. "Oh my. What a lovely sight." He had been reffering to the sea of corpses before him. "Raphael-sama!" One of his soldiers would appear before him. "Yes, what is it?" Raphael had been smirking enjoying the view. "We uhh we can't find her." "Find who?" "Mmm THE ORACLE!!" Quickely Raphael's expression changed. He looked at the man with murderous intent. "YOU WHAT!!?" The man would cower before Raphael. Braaga and Sata would be alerted to Raphael's yelling. "You imbeciles! How is it possible that she is no where to be found?" "I uhh I.." "GET UP AND FIND HER!!" The soldier would jump up and scurry away. Any other soldier that was around would also disperse looking around for the Oracle.

Benkei would try to ease nir as he paced back and forth but at the same time van had stated he could connect to kuro "Okay good i just want to know if they are okay and nothing drastic has happened so i want that line open at all times to ensure their safety and if worse comes to worse kuro could help them out ". Just then Nir would pause for a moment feeling some sort of sensation, it seem to radiated around him. "Nir what are you feeling?" Benkei would go close to him and close his eyes "I do not feel anything ?" He would look at nir and the rest of the guys. R-17 would look at him puzzled and concerned "Your friend is a dam freak you know that, maybe he just going crazy or something" He began to get a bit frustrated "Lets just hurry up and find these dam cores so you can do what you got to do and ill be on my way ".

Waterfall

Everyone seemed to be puzzled by Nir’s ability to feel the presence of the energy cores. Not only couldn’t Van feel it, but neither could Benkai. ”I don’t feel anything. Whatever you’re doing, it appears you’re the only one who’s able to do it.” Nir closed his eyes, able to feel the energy sources better now. It was as if he could feel them physically. ”I can feel them, but I can’t figure out from where it’s coming from.” He’d open his eyes and turn to his comrades, ignoring R-17’s comment. As he stood there with a lowered head, Van took the moment to establish a link with Kuro. From here on out, he’d be able to see what Kuro could see, and vice versa. ”Okay, we need to hurry and get moving. We don’t have all day to waste here.” Van walked off, beginning his search for the energy cores. Nir would turn in his direction, calling out to him, ”Wait! Van! How do you even know you’re going the right way? These cores could be anywhere...” The young man stopped in his tracks, heeding Nir’s words. It was true after all. None of them knew in which direction these cores were. He’d be walking blindly. There was a moment of silence between the two, until an eerie breeze passed through the area. ”The cores you search for....This way...” The gusts manifested into some sort of small figure that’d gesture to the four men. Van’d look to the others for a moment before heading after the gust.

Back in the cell, Kira and Stella sat patiently. They were being held here for now, waiting to examined by the Duran soldiers. They were still bound by Kuro’s makeshift rope. ”Ladies, I’m still here. Don’t be afraid.” The sweat drops on Kira rolled down the side of her head. Although Kuro was present, she was still afraid. Stella remained calm. She knew that Kuro was still on their side, and if they needed him, he could possibly help. ”Thank you Kuro.....” She whispered.  


Forest

Persephone had somehow found herself awakening on the floor of a forest. Her eyes opened to the moonlight and trees. There were many curious nocturnal animals about, surrounding her. ”W-Where am I?” She was dirty, and her clothes were ripped and tattered. Not a single soul was around. As she stood, the animals scurried away. ”....May the gods of light protect me....”

Poshielle

Zid slowly approached the two twins and their mother. The saliva drips were creating a path. He’d hold his hand out as it slowly began forming large claws. “Eeeeerrrrgh.....EEEERRRGHAAAAA!!!!” With a powerful cry, he’d quickly run at the two twins, ready to swipe at them. Levesque remained watching from a distance, “Yes my child. Remove these three from my sight.” His grin appeared as evil as ever. What would become of the two children and their mother!?

Back with Shinji, he was being bested by the two members. With the tentacles entangled with his legs, the creature would begin dragging him towards the other. “We’ve got you now!!! Hehehehe!!” The other would lick his teeth, holding up his bladed arm. “Those legs look so delicious!!!” He’d begin walking towards Shinji.

Poshielle

Zid was now making his approach to the family of three per Levesque’s order. Anna had stepped in between Zid. ”*huff huff* Z- Zid.. please.. please stop..” She has been breathily heavily, while being brave yet scared at the same time.

Shinji has been dragged around by one of the cloked men. ”This is getting annoying!” At this point the other man had been approaching Shinji preparing his attack. Shinji had then thrown his spear straight at the one approaching him. He would grunt as a sign of pain from his side. Immediately afterwards he would grab onto the claw like tentacle around his leg and proceed to use his strength enhancing magic. He had pulled the tentacle inwards toward him throwing the first cloaked member off. ”Let’s see you try this one out!” Depending on what the other cloaked man would do while the spear was targeting him, Shinji would pull the other other one at him, releasing its grip from his leg and messing up their strategy.

Biggs had continuously been taking out these brotherhood demons. He had inches his way up toward the center of the village where the village leader lay blooded. A few villagers were surrounding him with demons also attacking. They were being overwhelmed! ”AAAHHHHH!!!” Biggs would scream as he charged in to the crowd of demons. He would swing his broad sword left and right, taking down any demon standing his way. Thankfully these were weaker demons otherwise the villagers may not have survived their onslaught. Finally, he had taken out the last one around. The Surviving villagers would crowd the leader. “Is he dead?” “He’s gonna be ok right?” “Those damn demons!” “If only I we’re stronger.” The villagers would talk amongst each other in there moment of despair. Biggs would walk over to the group. ” Is he.. your leader.. is he gonna be alright?” Biggs had looked in sadness. This was a sight all too familiar for him. The destruction of a peaceful village at the mercy of one man.

Remi on the other hand was fortunate  to not run into any demons. She did however view the dead bodies as well as the destroyed houses. ”How could anyone do this? Maybe that person is here in this village.” She would think in her head to herself as she passed by. Koji and the golem finally reach a the shed where Levesque was standing in the doorway. Koji would bark hopefully drawing Levesque’s attention. ”Who is that?” Remi would finally catch as she had looked into Levesque.

Forest

The Oracle had finally regained herself as she awoke in an unfamiliar place. She was confused and unsure of what to do next. She would pray for her safety. In the thick of the forest she was in at night eyes would creep up on her. They were were hidden in the darkness of the night undetected by the Oracle.

Waterfall

The soldiers were running around setting up for the examination of Stella and Kira. Some were able to see the girls through a window. They’d ogle at them, drooling at the mouth. “Wow dat one sure is purdy .” “Look at this one! The ass on her. *whistle” “The tits!” “Hopefully they fail the examination. I haven’t fucked in a good 3 months!” “3 months? I’m going on 5. I should get first dibs!” “Ha! You’re only a serpent! You’ve got no authority here!” The Duran soldiers would speak their minds with no filter. It was clear their intentions were with the girls. “Oooh look! It’s starting!” The doorway has opened up and a man resembling a doctor had walked in. He was holding a device in his hand. It looked sort of like a handheld radar. Attached to it there was a needle used as a receptor point. “Hello girls. I am Dr. Reginald Faust. It is my pleasure to meet you two.” The Dr. had smiled. “What might your names be?” He would wait for their answer. “Wow! You’re a real life beastwoman!” He would get overly excited as he rushed over to Kira, examining every inch of her body. “Your fur pelt is amazing! And for you it doesn’t even cover you’re whole body! How does this keep you warm in the winter seasons? Is this from adaption? Are you primative and hunt for your food? You being with a human, do you live with humans? How did you adapt to the human society?” His questions would come one after the other without giving enough time for a response. They would go on non stop. He needed to be cut off.

Duran Outpost: Gadile

At a Duran Outpost, soldiers are marching about tending to their duties. Some would be tending to supplies, other s to the wounded. Some would even engage in games, drinking, eating, etc. Two of those that were patrolling the area had started a conversation among themselves. “This is so boring. Nothing ever exciting ever happens in Gadile.” “That’s not true. We have a lot of things that happen!” “Yeah like what?” “Well ya see we just got a whole squad of guys that came in after fighting a behemoth. We even got it’s head down by the treasury.” “Yeah but that happened outside of here. I’m talking about action! We don’t ever get to see any action here!” “I’m not so sure I even want to get into the action that’ll bring me back to base like some of these guys.” “Ughh you’re such a wimp.... I wish some demon came by. If I kill it then I’ll definitely be promoted and I can start going out on expeditions!” ”Allow me to grant that wish for you.” In the blink of an eye, a shadowy figure had appeared before the two patrollers. They would both get spooked as the demonic figure had remotes had revealed itself! It was Virgil. “No w-“ Before the man (the one talking about he’d kill a demon if it appeared) could finish his sentence his head was severed. “He- He- HELP!! HEEEELLLLPP!!” The other one was screaming turned and attempted to run from Virgil but he was stabbed through the back with Virgil’s vicious claws. ”Hmmph. Weak.”

benkei would look at nir as he seem fixated on a location "You can sense the cores ? how is that possible?" He looked around and tried to concentrate so he could sense them as well. Benkei sighed in fustration "I have nothing and what about you van anything?" He could see that neither van or him could sense it. Van began to establish a link with kuro but they were pressed for time "I know i know , the girls need us but we need those cores" He would look at R-17 "You do not have a tracker or something to move this along faster". R-17 would look at benkei and the group with disgust and sigh "Obviously i have a way using this energy tracker , the cores give off a very faint energy signature that only some can detect using sensitive tech but this forest hmmm" He presses some few buttons on his wrist and taps it in frustration"Their is some dam interference in this forest that is stopping me from finding it!" Benkei looked at nir as he was the only hope of finding it until he noticed nir looking at something with great interest and go running off "Where are you going!"

Waterfall

Both Benkai and R-17 appeared to be frustrated. Benkai could not sense anything, and R-17’s device could not track the energy sources with accuracy. They abandoned all effort and followed Nir and Van. The two were in pursuit of the ominous wind. It breezed through the darkness of the forest, carrying leaves into the moonlight that breached the canopy. ”Nir, what could this be?” Nir looked onward, ”I don’t know, but it spoke to me! We’ll just keep following it!” Both of them continued to follow the gust until they arrived to a clearing. Six boulders laid out in the small field, with moonlight illuminating them. “What you look for is here..” The voice would quietly say. Nir’d attempt to approach the gust, ”Who are you!?” As he did, it faded into the night sky, leaving without a word. Both Nir and Van would stare into the sky before Nir turned to the other three, ”Whatever we’re looking for is here.” There weren’t any energy cores in sight, just the six boulders. ”And we’re looking for energy cores? Could these boulders...” He’d turn to R-17, ”Bring that scanner of yours to those boulders.”

Back in the airship, Kira and Stella remained seated. They were examining the entire room, trying to make something out of the large glass window. ”They’re most likely watching us from the other side.” Stella’d look to the window. Kira’d also look at the window, shuddering, ”S-S-So you’re telling me that they can see us!?” Stella’d nod, ”Yes. Just remain calm Kira. We’ll pull throu-“ She’d quickly turn to the door as it was opened. A male, appearing to be a doctor, walked in holding a device. He introduced himself as Dr. Reginald Faust. Stella’s eyes remained on the device, as she wondered what it was. Her eyes would then turn to the man, as he asked for their names. ”Stella.” Kira’d continue to shudder, taking in a gulp, ”My-My name’s Kira.” During their introductions, the doctor would suddenly have an interest in Kira’s makeshift props. He’d ask her if she was a beastwoman, and many other questions pertaining to her beast line. Unfortunately for the doctor, as he would soon find out, she wasn’t a beastwoman. ”I-I’m not a beastwoman....These are just costume pieces. But...but my dad is a beastman..” She’d look up at the doctor. ”You can remove the pelt pieces I’m wearing if you don’t believe me sir...”


Forest

Persephone continued to walk through the illuminated path in the forest. She could feel a presence around her, and it was quite troubling. In order to lure this, watcher, out, she stopped. ”.....I know you’re there! Come out!” Persephone would turn, looking around for whomever it was that was following her.

Poshielle

Zid continued on his path towards the twins and their mother, until Anna stepped in between. He’d come to a halt, lowering his clawed arm, “A—Anna.......” Somewhere inside, Zid retained the piece of humanity he had. Levesque would quickly notice and grow quite bothered, “Zid! My child! Why do you stop!?” A bark from behind would then capture his attention, causing him to turn his head one-hundred and eighty degrees. Behind him was Koji, the golem and Remi. “More pests!?” Levesque’s body would turn, to join the head in its unnatural position. He’d grin as the eye on his forehead glowed, causing the seal on Zid to strengthen. “No, not pests......playmates for my child....” The partially transformed boy would hold his head, screaming out in a mixture of pain and anger. His eyes would begin glowing as spikes would rip through his back, “AGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!” Zid’d turn to Remi, Koji and the golem, quickly darting towards them at nearly blinding speeds. Lunge at Remi, sending a kick at her. With Zid now engaging Remi and them, Levesque would turn his attention to Anna. “Now, where were we?” The demon’s rows of sharpened teeth were on full display as he grinned.

The fight with Shinji was beginning to turn in the Ovale native’s favor. He managed to grab onto the tentacles and swing the brotherhood member towards his ally! “Fuck!!!!” He’d ram into the other, crashing into the small house beside them. It turned out that during their collision, the blade stabbed through the other member. “Aaaaagh!!!! Fuck!!!” Blood was beginning to gush out from the tentacled creature’s side. “You bastard!!!!!” In a fit of rage, he’d send the tentacles lashing out at Shinji. The other would stand from the rubble, his bladed arm bloodied. “Dammit!”

Waterfall

"Stella.. anndd.. Kira? What lovely names." Dr. Faust would rub his beard in interest. He seemed slightly disappointed as Kira would tell him she was no real beastwoman, yet her father was. "This is most upsetting and here I thought you were a true beastwoman- wait? You say your father is a beastman? Does that make you half? Or are you adopted?" His questions began to spike again. The doctor would come closer and closer to Kira examining her body more and more. His excitement was just about ready to burst from his body. He would collect himself and clear his throat as he backed up from the girl. "Oh excuse me. We must begin the testing immediately. First and foremost... strip." The doctor would say with a straight face. The Duran soldiers in the window could hear the conversation between the three in the examination room. They would immediately get rowdy. "WOOO HOOO!" "THAT'S RIGHT BABY! GET NAKED FOR US!" "DOC YOU DA BEST!" Banging on the window and cheering.

Forest

The Oracle had been aware she was being watched, something like a sixth sense. She would stop and call out to the one following her. From the thicket, the bushes rustled and out emerged Evindaal! "Quite perceptive my lady." He would bow to her, awaiting her sight.

Poshielle

Things were looking to be in Shinji's favor. The two men had been out maneuvered by Shinji. They were flustered and one was even heavily wounded bleeding profusely. The one member who wasn't stabbed had rushed Shinji in rage. Shinji would stand as the demon grew closer. Reaching for the short blade on his hip, Shinji made his move. It would appear as if he was just walking toward the demon. Everything was moving so slow. Shinji had literally walked past the demon with the short blade slightly out but to the demon it would appear as if he vanished and appeared behind him. "It was a fun dance but, there's someone else who is desperately wanting to dance with me." Shinji would then make his way to the impaled demon with his blade now sheathed. (What had just happened was Shinji used his magic to increase his speed. He had swiftly cut the demon over 100 times. Although it was a short blade and didn't severe any body parts, the many cuts would leave the demon with a great loss of blood incapacitating him due to blood loss, eventually taking it's life).

The villagers had turned to Biggs. "Thank you for rescuing us." one villager would say. "Please. It is nothing." He would smile out of embarrassment. "Is your leader ok?" He would get serious again. "He... he protected us but.. but those monsters just came and rushed in anyway! They knew of the state we were in and insisted on helping us but our leader refused them. That man wouldn't take no for an answer and ki-...... HE KILLED OUR LEADER!" The other villagers that were surrounding the village leader had all looked in a state of despair. Biggs would clench his fist in anger. He was thinking about the times when the people of his village were massacred. He stood up and turned away. Before he could walk off, a heavy cough was heard. "LEADER!" Biggs immediately turned around. "Yo- you you? You returned?" The leader had been breathing heavily while attempting to talk. "Please leader! Save your energy!" "You're in no cindition to be speaking." The leader very weak would get angry. "P.. p.. please.. save th- save them please. My.. my precious family.. please-.." The leader was crying with thee tears running down his cheeks at his own helplessness. "You have nothing to worry about. We will take care of everything. You have my word." Without a moment to spare Biggs would leave villagers and rush off to find the demons that were running wild.

On Remi's side, she is still unaware that Anna, Akita, Akito and Nessi are in the shed due to Levesque blocking the doorway. Anna was staring Zid down face to face. Zid had somehow found the strength to speak up. He was resisting Levesque's control. Unfortunately, Levesque had noticed Koji and would send Zid to attack them after further increasing his control on him just, when Anna was about to get through to him. Anna was alerted at Levesque being distracted by someone she couldn't see. She would whisper to Akita. "You have to get your mother and brother away from here.
I can hold him off while you escape." "What!? Are you crazy!?" "If I stay behind you guys can escape. I'll be able to run away once you guys are safe." "Anna I'm scared." "Hey Akita! I'll protect you and mom. Let's listen to Anna and escape while we have the chance." "Akito... Oh alright but please be safe Anna." Anna would smile at the two of them as the crept carefully over towards there mother. They picked her up and brought her over to the hole Anna created with her magic blast. Zid had transformed even further! He was ordered to rush Remi and had kicked her in the gut, knocking her back. Koji and the golem had been seperated as the force of Zid's overwhelming speed knocked them off balance. At that point Levesque had brought his attention back to the children noticing them trying to escape. Anna stepped in front of Levesque preparing to fight him alone. Remi was now faced to fight Zid in his demonic form. She would rise up and attempt her signature fire magic. She would fire small balls of fire at him, attempting to take him out quickly.

Duran Outpost: Gadile

The outpost had seemed rather bust. None were aware of the misfortune that would befall them. Virgil in his demonic form had been holding a Duran soldier in an alleyway from his throat. The soldier was struggling and gasping for air. There were more dead bodies laying in the alleyway. Virgil would smile and crush the soldier's neck.

Benkei would follow nir and van through the forest. They seemed to be chasing a ghost of sorts as if they had purpose. As they arrived to a patch in the forest that the sky would illuminate through the darkness six boulders would just sit in the middle in place. Benkei would look at nir "What is going on this is just a dead end with a bunch of rocks what is going on ". He looked around and found nothing around "This is a waste van and nir let us go we have girls to save and keep alive and my lady to find" Benkei began to walk away and r-17 sighed until van called him over asking him to bring his scanner "What do you need this thing for I told you there is to much interference for this shit to work!". He pulled it out and threw it to van but then it started to whirl and screech as it got closer to van " What in the world? that's the indication that we are right on top of the cores!" R-17 started to look around frantically but only saw the boulders. " Wait a min......The boulders look around the right size and height" R-17 picked up the smallest one and took out a blade chipping away at the boulder as light started to pierce through the rock "This is it dam it!!!

Waterfall

At first, Benkai and the soldier were both confused, and irritated, as to why they were brought into the opening. Benkai was growing impatient, for fear of the girls and The Oracle. As for R-17, he didn’t understand why Van wanted the device but threw it anyways. During the trajectory, the machine went off. Van caught it and aimed it at one of the boulders. ”Interesting.” Nir joined R-17 in chipping away at the boulders. Light began seeping through the cracks, revealing the energy cores. ”They’re here!!” Van examined the boulders before turning to the grass. It appeared to be subtly moving, as if the ground was breathing. Of course, this was in a clearing without boulders. ”This isn’t a field of grass. That’s a draft.” He walked over to the clearing, placing his hand on his sword’s hilt. With a quick slash and sheath, he cut through the grass, revealing a tunnel. The device in his hand began buzzing intensely. Something was down there. ”R-17, take this one. Something tells me the rest are down that tunnel.” Nir tossed the core to R-17, hoping he’d catch it. ”Let’s move.” The Galatian Sword walked over to the edge, dropping down into the tunnel. Van would follow behind.

For Kira and Stella, things were about to get worse. The doctor was still fixated on Kira’s background. He questioned her further, asking if she was half-blooded or merely adopted. ”I’m adopted. My biological parents were both human.” She looked up to him with a serious expression, as if it bothered her to speak on this subject. Fortunately, concerning the questioning, they’d come to an end. It was time to begin the testing. They both received the command to strip. Both Stella and Kira’s faces immediately changed. Their dignity was at stake. Stella understood that far worse would come to them if they had not obeyed, but for Kira, she was new to this world. ”It’s okay Kira. I’m here with you.” She could hear the banging on the windows. ”Dr. Faust, I understand that you are here to examine us. But must the men behind the window continue to watch your examination?” Kira turned to the window, unaware that men were behind. Again, she was an amateur compared to Stella, who had gone through countless of traininf as The Oracle’s advisor. ”Kira and I are fully willing to comply, but these men aren’t part of this at all. Judging from the banging on the window, they aren’t exactly capable of handling us both in the nude. So they must not be of high ranking. Would a respected, assuming that you are respected, doctor like yourself allow such a thing?” Stella turned back to the window, smiling. Kuro almost cracked a chuckle, but he was able to contain himself. ’Well played Stella. Well played.’

Forest

From the bushes emerged Evindaal! It was the same elf from the airship Persephone was being held captive. ”You....You’re the one from the airship. You managed to follow me this entire time?” She turned to face him entirely. ”What is it that you exactly want from me? And who are you all?” Persephone appeared worried. A lone woman in the forest at night with a stranger isn’t exactly a good scene.


Poshielle

The demons continued to rampage through the village, some were beginning to be attacked by both the villagers and some uninfected brotherhood members. Their combined assault, however, was no match for the demons. But there was hope for them, as Biggs arrived to fend the creatures off. Two of them intercepted the young man’s path. “Where do you think you’re going fat ass!?” It’d jump at Biggs, trying to bit his shoulder. The other remained at a distance laughing like a menace.

In the alleyway, Shinji managed to defeat the demons he encountered. They’d both be left bleeding profusely. Their hosts were no longer living, which meant the parasitic demons could not survive. Both creatures screeched loudly before perishing. Victory was Shinji’s!

With Remi, things were a bit more difficult. She was face to face with Zid, sending fireballs in his direction. An attempt to get rid of him quickly. He was able to bypass the balls of fire using his heightened speed. Like an animal, he moved on all fours, lunging out at Remi with an elbow tackle. “GAAAGHHH!!!!”

In the house, Levesque was stopped by Anna. She was able to hold him off long enough for both Akito and Akita to escape with their mother. “So you fight me in order to save your friends? Admirable child. They aren’t of importance to me, however. YOU are the one I want. And I will have you child. I cannot be denied.” The demon grinned, slowly walking towards the girl. The demonic eye on his forehead rolled about in the socket before centering on Anna.

Waterfall

Kira was growing weary from anxiety while Stella was able to keep her cool. The men were banging and roaring profusely as if they were wild beasts. Stella would make a remark concerning the dignity of the two women as will as Dr. Faust's morals. "Oh! Of course! You are right my dear girl!" The Dr. would smack his fist into his hand as if he understood what she meant. "I will ensure you that those vulgar men won't bother you. As a doctor I do have my pride." The doctor would rush over towards a curtain on the wall that was installed into the ceiling. "Right this way ladies." As the two women would past through the other side, "Hey where are they goin?" One of the men in the window has said. The Dr. would close the curtain behind them with him on the other side with the girls. That half of the room was completely covered and the men could no longer see the two young women. "WHAT THE HELLS GOIN ON!?"

Forest

Persephone was astonished to find it was Evindal that had been trailing her. He would raise his head as she began questioning him. "You have nothing to fear human. I will not harm you." Evindal looked ever more sinister. he began walking over to Persephone. "For quite some time I had been following you. Didn't you ever wonder why it was so easy for you to escape? Those humans that foolishly attacked was quick convenient. You see, I... actually need you to leave from here." Evindal was now face to face with Persephone.

Poshielle

Biggs help been helping villagers with the demons. He was successful in defeat some of them but it appeared there were too many for him to handle. Suddenly, while fighting he was attacked by a demon from his blind spot. "Ggaahh!!" It had lounged at him taking him down with a bite to his shoulder. Biggs was pinned down unable to get up.

Shinji had walked towards the demon he had impaled with his Thunder Devil. He grabbed the spear, utilizing its lightning magic to burn the insides of the demon. He was successful in defeating them both. He ha heard a scream not too far away. Shinji dashed over to find his friend, Biggs pinned down by a demon. "Biggs!!" Shinji had used his magic to charge at the demon swinging at it knocking it off of Biggs. Shinji would stand in front of Biggs facing the two demons, defending him. "You ok man?" 'Shinji! Aghh!" Biggs had turned to Shinji surprised to see him. He was holding his shoulder in pain from the shoulder bite. "Heh! I'm glad you were here. That hing has a strong bite." "No worries my man! Now that I'm here this fight is over." Shinji would smirk. His confidence was swelling up. "By the way. Where's Remi and Koji?" "I dunno? I ran into the village first after seeing all this smoke.... Hey Shinji!" Shinji would turn his head a little to look at Biggs. "These demons... they were in that underground cave!" "What! You're kidding!?" Shinji would turn to face the demons again. He looked worried. "I hope Anna wasn't in there. He would think to himself.

Remi had her hands full with Zid. He was able to successfully dodge all of her fireballs, throwing his elbow into her. "Aahh!" She was knocked down to the ground. She didn't stay on the ground long and would get back her feet. She would continue to send fireballs again at Zid.

Levesque had redirected his attention to Anna. He wasn't too upset that the other two kids got away with their mother. It was Anna he was after. Anna was backing into a corner. She was truly terrified. She wasn't prepared for what is about to happen. Levesque had been making his way towards here. But, just in the nick of time, Koji and the little golem had ran up to Levesque from behind. Koji had bite at his leg while the golem had attacked the other leg, hoping to take him off balance. They would then step in front of Anna, ready to protect her. K- KOJI!" Anna was even more surprised to see Koji had found her. "And that... Anna had flashed back to when she was studying that summoning book back in the hideout. "You're... You're that golem!"

As the group began to chip away at the covered up cores R-17 began to become interested in what the cores were covered in"Hmmmm this is not just some dirt or stone covering this thing...it looks like a ancient metal, that would explain why i could not track it but what could do such a thing?". Benkei would look at van as he could feel the wind or some kind of draft "What do you think this all is?" Van would then grab the hilt of his blade and swipe the grass revealing a tunnel "Great a dark mysterious tunnel which could only mean something big and nasty is down their.....time to get comfortable i suppose ". Benkei would strip to his normal warrior attire and walk down the tunnel "Their is no point in damaging the uniform or else i could get caught and blow our cover once we get back to the girls" Benkei materialize his staff and followed behind van and nir "R-17 strip all these cores clean so we can transfer them back to the base and see if you can figure out what is the weird "Metal" you call it " R-17 grunted and looked at him "i do not take orders from you filth but i will work on these cores". Benkei laughed and looked at him "Either take my orders or take orders from the man that killed your soldiers"

Waterfall

The three men wandered deep within the tunnel, leaving R-17 back at the mouth to finish scraping the metallic rock off of the boulders. Benkai had removed his armor, telling the other two in his party that it was to prevent it from getting ruined. ”You have no faith in your fighting ability.” Van continued walking, with Nir turning back to Benkai and shrugging. As they both continued venturing deeper and deeper, they could hear something moving. ”Guys wait...” Nir held out his hand to, a motion for the other two to stop. ”Whatever’s down here sounds huge. I hope you two are ready.” The blonde haired men turned back to them smiling. Van carried his usual emotionless expression, refusing to even return a smile of his own. ”Let’s just hurry up and get this done.”

He walked past Nir, growing impatient. Once he turned the corner, he found himself at the entrance of a large underground chamber. There were many bones scattered about. They belonged to beasts that most likely found themselves venturing into the tunnel. At the center was a massive stone golem. It appeared to be in somewhat of a stasis. ”It’s a golem....A rather large one.” Both of the men scanned the chamber, spotting energy cores bunched up in one area. ”There. The energy cores are all there. It all makes sense now. This thing has been eating the energy cores. Which means those aren’t boulders up above. Those are part of this golem’s excrement.” Van turned to Benkai, ”This shouldn’t be a problem for us. We either have two ways of doing this. Two of us take that thing on while the other recovers the cores, or we we just all take this thing out quick and collect after. What’s it going to be, boss?”

For Kira and Stella, they were fortunately in the presence of a doctor with dignity and respect. He had pulled a curtain for the two young women to move behind, so that those behind the mirror could not see. They followed the doctor behind the curtain, still in the bind they were in when they entered the airship. The rope, which was Kuro, loosened itself, dropping to the floor. ’I’ll just watch from here on out. If that doctor gets touchy, I’ll get him! I’ve gotta protect these girls at all costs!’ With the rope off, Stella and Kira were now in much more comfortable position. ”Thank you doctor.” She’d begin unzipping her dress from the top down, revealing her underwair. Kira watched for a moment before removing her the fake props that made her appear beast-like. Both of the young women were doing as they were told, stripping before the doctor, and Kuro.

Forest

Persephone was a bit confused. She was told that no harm would come to her. ”How do I know I can trus-“ As Evindal approached, he made it clear that he needed her to get as far away from here as possible. She didn’t understand why he’d tell her this, but it threw her off completely. Was this some sort of cruel joke? From prior interactions, this man made it known who he was fighting for. So with his target in sight, why would he just tell her to leave? The elf had so many chances to confront Persephone during his trailing. This was quite puzzling for The Oracle. ”I—I...” She couldn’t find the words to say. So without the skip of a beat, she took off, running from Evindal. Persephone was so afraid. The young woman found herself sobbing as she ran through the forest.

Poshielle

The demon that managed to bite Biggs was fended off by Shinji, who had come to Biggs’ rescue. With a swing, he sent the creature tumbling across the ground, until it regained its composure. “What the fuck!?” The other demon, who was busy laughing away, grew serious. “Well well well, another one looking to die.” He raised his hand as it slowly morphed into a deformed axe with multiple eyes. “I’m going to dice you up!!!” The demon began his assault, running at both Shinji and Biggs while swinging the axe out in front of him. “HAHAHAHA!!!!” To their left, the other demon joined in, running on all fours and aiming for Biggs again. “Here I come fatty!!!!”

While the chaos continued in the main area of the village, Remi found herself with her own troubles. Countless of fireballs fired at Zid were being evaded. The boy was maneuvering through the attack with much ease. Upon reaching Remi, he darted past her, showcasing his speed. At the same time, however, he scratched at her with his claws. Zid began unleashing a continuous attack where he’d blitz Remi with scratches.

In the house, Levesque found himself being caught off guard. As he approached the girl, he was stopped by Koji and the small golem. “AGHHHHHH!!!!!!!” The leader of the brotherhood cried out in pain as Koji sunk his teeth into his calf, returning to Anna’s side along with the golem. “How dare you!?!? I will skin that dog alive once I’m done with you!!!!” From Levesque’s back, four claws tore through his skin. He ripped off the cloak he was wearing to reveal multiple slits across his body, opening to reveal the many eyes. “You will be mine girl!” Two large claws quickly grew outwards, stabbing at both Koji and the small golem.

Benkei would look at van as he questioned his decision to ditch his military outfit "I trust my fighting ability i do not trust what is down here". As they traversed the tunnel loud movements could be heard vibrating through the walls "Ehh not is not good, once again i drew the short end of the stick" The group traveled further in to the tunnel and nir had stopped and motioned for van and benkei. As they looked around the tunnel, bones were scattered all around "These bones are of different shapes and sizes which would mean these creatures just wandered down here and met their untimely fates". Benkei would pick up a small skull and examine it "What makes these bones interesting is the cracks and fractures along them as if they were beaten and crushed to death". As benkei would look at the center , A large structure would begin to move but it was not a structure but a massive golem that was surrounded by cores. Nir made it a point to tell benkei that the golem was eating the cores and they cores up on the surface were covered in excrement "Sooooo the energy cores we need are covered in shit!". Benkei would be disgusted but van had to intervene stating they had two options, either fight and kill the creature or distract the monster and take the cores "Time is a factor gentleman so i will step up" Benkei would slowly woke up to the golem and materialize his gauntlets "Hey beautiful i will be your dance partner this evening".

Forest

Being face to face, Persephone was uneasy. "You'd do well to leave here now. This will be the one and only time I save you." Evindal had said to her. She was skeptical at first but fled the scene with haste.

Poshielle

The two demons had begun to rush both Biggs and Shinji. "Seems like that one likes you a little." "Yeah I most definitely gotta get him back." "I'll take care of ol' ax hand over then. Shouldn't take me too long." Biggs would stand and face the demon running at him on all fours and smiled. "Reminds me of hunting back in Ovale when we were younger." Shinji would turns his eyes back to Biggs. He had also reminisced on the old days briefly. He rushed in towards the ax demon. They both would clash, exchanging blows. Biggs would take his broad sword and swing down at the dmon rushing towards him. This would be an attempt to slow it down while Biggs would swing horizontally as the demon was momentarily immobilized.

Remi's fireballs were ineffective. More accurately they weren't able to hit its target. Zid was moving too fast for them to hit him. "Ahhh!" She would scream in pain. Zid had been able to zip past and slash at Remi. She was under and overwhelming rush. She doesn't have the time to react or counter.

Levesque was getting angrier by the minute. With Koji and the little golem's interference, he was distracted long enough to allow them to stand at Anna's side. Levesque had begun to transform his body into that of a demon with eyes all over and claws from his back. Anna would look in shock as Levesque shot his claws at both Koji and the little golem. They were easily knocked back into the walls of the shed. Anna was in fear. She however, did not give into her fears. She stood up and faced the demon. Weak at the knees she would attempt to use her magic.

Golem’s Lair

So it was decided! The three were to battle the golem and take the cores afterwards. Benkai materialized his gauntlets, exclaiming that it was time for him to step up. He also mentioned that time was a factor here, and he was right. There was no telling what was going back up in the airship, but there were two girls to save. Nir smirked, ”That’s what I like to hear! Like a true leader!” The young man proceeded to draw Faith from the sheath and grab Lionheart. He joined Benkai’s side as the former called out to the golem, waking it up.

Van stood behind them both, folding his arms. ”You two should be more than capable of handling something like that.” Rather than joining them, for now he’d collect the cores. He’d raise his arm, materializing Twilight magic over each core and suspending them into the air. With a flick of his finger all of the cores would hover over to him, dropping at the entrance to the chamber. Noticing this, the golem would stand, showcasing its size. The monster was 20 meters tall. There was also a greenish glow coming from within the golem, which was noticeable in its eyes. “RUUUUGGGGAA!!!!” With a powerul roar, the golem stepped forth towards Benkai and Nir, slamming its fist down on them.

Forest

Persephone continued to run through the forest. She wanted to get away as quickly as possible. Yet, the thought remained on why he’d let her go.

Poshielle

Things were heating up in the square! Both Shinji and Biggs found themselves in quite the battle! The axe demon was busy deflecting some of Shinji’s spear attacks, trying to parry. “You’re pretty good human!!!! But not good enough!!!” He’d quickly spin after an evasion, sending his axe at Shinji’s neck in an effort to decapitate him! As for Biggs, his slash downwards was somehow caught!!!! But how!? Well, a secondary mouth formed on the shoulder of the demon, where it managed to catch the sword with it’s razor sharp teeth. “Hehehehe! You thought you had me!?” The demon chuckled as the secondary mouth clamped on the sword, holding it. With his free hand, his hand formed into a blade, where he’d swipe at Bigg’s chest.

Zid continued to blitz Remi, who had no defense for his speed. Instead of going for another slash this time, he’d stab at her neck! But before he can even carry out the attack, the boy stopped in his tracks! Something had gotten into him, giving Remi an opening. “GGGGGRRRA......Attaack....me....” He stood there, the claws inches away from Remi’s neck.

Levesque managed to toss both the golem and Koji aside. They were simply toys compared to his power. He’d then notice how Anna mustered enough courage to stand up to him, trying to conjure up magic. “My little lady, how defenseless you are.” In an instant, he was behind Anna, where he’d send his hand to grab onto her dress. If it was successful, he’d raise her into the air.

Benkei would step up to the creature and cock his arm back taking a stance and standing his ground. Nir would stand beside benkei unsheathing his sacred weapon pointing it towards the beast but the beast showed no signs of movement. Benkei looked at the golem perplexed "Ummm so nothing ? no growl? no witty comment?". As the two warriors challenged the monster van decided to use his magic to move the cores through the tunnel to reach the surface. As soon as he moved the cores the golem would take notice and stand up tall and flexed his body "Uhhhh he looks way bigger now then before.....Again .....SHORT END OF THE FUCKING STR....". As benkei yelled in furstration the golem would raise his arms in the air , its eyes and body had a powerful glowing aura to them and it would slam its fist on the two warriors. Benkei out of pure instinct in the last second would raise his arms in the air to catch the golem's fist but the force was so powerful benkei would be sent through the floor underground creating a crater.

Poshielle

The battle would rage on between Shinji, Biggs and the two demons. Biggs' attack was caught! "WHAA-!!?" The demon he faced had actually created a new mouth in order to catch his sword slash. The demon wold connect with a slash to his chest. Biggs released his grip from his sword and fell to the ground. "Biggs!!" Shinji had noticed Biggs being struck down. He was caught by surprise as the ax demon had evaded one of his spear slashes. He was wide open as the ax demon attempted to decapitate him. The ax demon was successful in connecting but. Shinji had stood tall, eyeing the ax demon. He wouldn't budge one inch and what's more, he wasn't even bleeding from his neck. The slash couldn't break through!

Zid had gone on to try to end their small skirmish. He rushed at Remi ready to pierce her throat but he had stopped. Remi was confused at this moment. Why did he stop? Zid had started to speak a bit. it wasn't completly clear but he was gaining back control of his body. "Aaa.. tack?" She was able to make out the word attack from his distorted voice. Regardless of what he was trying to say Remi had seized this opportunity to attack. a red aura had surrounded her like that of fire. She would hold out her one hand and unleash the stored energy of fire, much like a beam blasting Zid away. She would stand up breathing heavy, preparing to continue the fight.

Levesque is a strong opponent. He was able to take advantage of Anna storing her energy. He appeared behind her taking hold of her. "L- Let go!" She is helpless as Levesque was now free to do as he pleased with Koji and the golem down.

Golem’s Lair

The golem’s fist had been brought down on both Benkai and Nir! Nir managed to move out of the way with a dodge roll, leaving Benkai behind. The monk had attempted to catch the monster’s fist, but failed completely. Upon impact, he was sent into the ground, laying in a massive crater from the force. ”Benkai!!!!” Van stood there watching, hoping to see some retaliation from the downed monk. ”Now I see why you took that armor off.”

With Benkai open to attack, the golem followed up with a stomp, ready to send its foot crashing down on him. ”Oh no you don’t!” Nir held out his shield, charging a beam and firing it at the golem’s leg, toppling the monster. ”Get up Benkai!!!!”


Poshielle

Biggs’ sword was stripped away from him as he was slashed across the chest. “Gotcha!!!!” His free hand would take the sword, bringing it to Biggs’ neck as he was bested. Meanwhile, the other demon’s axe attack was stopped! The blade of the axe-head had connected with his neck, but somehow, it didn’t cut the skin. Not even blood! “Get the fuck out of here!!!! How!?!?” The demon was caught off guard by Shinji’s defense. He couldn’t even move. This distracted the other demon for a moment, causing him to turn his head. “What happened!?” He’d ask.

Remi was able to take advantage of Zid’s fight for his body. While he stood there, paralyzed, she unleashed a beam of fire magic, sending him into a small house adjacent to Neesi’s. A blazing path had caused a fire, setting the home he crashed into ablaze!

This had distracted Levesque, who was holding Anna. “What’s this?” He’d toss Anna against the wall with much force, turning to Remi. “You dare attack my child!?” The clawed legs attached to his back sprung forth, aiming to pin Remi down against the ground.

As the golem had slammed benkei into the ground nir had successful gotten away but benkei suffered the full extent of the monster fearsome blow. The golem attempted to stomp on the spot benkei had fallen into but was intercepted by nir and his retaliation attack on his leg toppling the monster over. While deep underground benkei would lay on the ground his eyes open and he would look up to the shinning light coming from the surface of the crater "My shoulder is dislocated, i am fighting another monster yet again in this dam forest and van got the fun job" Benkei popped his shoulder back into place with a slight wince of pain and he looked up at the exit hole. Up top on the surface underneath nir and the golem , the ground began to shake under them and a large crack began to make its way towards the golem. Moments later benkei would appear out of the crack heading for the golem and punch the golems leg clean off shattering it with sparks of lightning crackling in the distance "That is how you make a entrance!". The golem fell back on his back its leg in pieces and it would groin in pain rawring at benkei "Their its down now lets gooo....ohhh great" The pieces of stone that benkei had broken off the golem had began to reassemble itself back to the golem as its body began to glow once again during its healing process "Mother fucker!"

"I'll end this now." Ignoring the ax demon, Shinji blitzed over towards the demon pinning down Biggs with his own blade towards his neck. He would grasp the demon from the front lifting him up and off of Biggs. The demon would be left wiggling as Shinji would squeeze tighter and tighter, enough to make it drop the sword. "Mistake number 1. Hurting after my friend." Shinji would stare at the demon with piercing eyes. His hand was placed where the demon could see the blood lust in his eyes. "Shinji."

Meanwhile, Anna had been pinned to the wall. Levesque was noticeably angry and would send a claw towards the unsuspecting Remi. "Aahh!!" She was caught and sent hurling towards the walls of a house. "R- Remi-Nee!!" Anna was unaware until Levesque made his attack. She would watch as her friend was trapped between a viscous claw and a wall. "A..Anna?" Remi would say softly from the pain.

Golem’s Lair

Van continued to watch, entertained with the battle before him. Nir’d turn up to Van, ”Are you going to help us!?” There wasn’t a reply. He’d continue to stand there with folded arms, staring at the golem. A flash of electricity and lightning suddenly shot from the crater. From it emerged Benkai, charged with his electricity. With a swift punch, he was able to take the golem’s leg right off. ”Whoah! Good work Benkai!” The two men currently in the battle were led to believe that this was over, but it wasn’t. After reassembling the rocks, the golem stood back up. A powerful roar was released before the monster swept at both Nir and Benkai with its arm. Nir quickly placed the shield in front of him, taking the hit and being sent back towards the chamber’s wall, creating a small crater. ”Agh!!!”

”Interesting.” Van’s eyes squinted as he spotted something. There were streaks of the glowing energy on the golem’s leg, leading upwards.

Poshielle

The demon who held the sword against Biggs’ neck was suddenly speed blitzed! Before he could even react, Shinji was able to grasp his face, raising him into the air. The grip was tightened forcing the demon to release the sword. “Gaaagh! You-You fucker!!!” There wasn’t anything he could possibly do to free himself. And the more Shinji tightened, the harder it was for the demon to breathe. “How-How’d...Fuck! You won’t best us!!!!” The other demon, who hadn’t even seen Shinji escape, rushed Shinji, sending the axe horizontally across! He was looking to cut right through Shinji, tearing him in half.

Back with Remi, she was at Levesque’s mercy. The claws were pinning her against the wall, where she couldn’t use her hands. “Look how beautiful you are.” One of the claws would stroke her cheek, brushing her hair to the side. “A shame that I have to kill you.” The same claw cocked back, ready to stab Remi. “NOOOOOOOO!!!!! AGGGGHHHHH!!!!” From the fire arose Zid, who transformed even further. Levesque would turn to Zid, “Zid!?”

The grip on the demon's face continued. Magic energy was seeping throughout Shinji's body with the main focus on his arm grabbing the demon. The ax demon had finally assessed the situation and had attempted to charge Shinji. Biggs was able to recognized this and was able to get to the sword the demon had dropped. He would intercept the vertical ax slash from the demon. "Second... mistake... Trying to gang up on my friend." Biggs was breathing heavy but he could still hold out.

The distraction by Zid had given Remi the opportune moment to free herself. She would now utilize her ice magic. It would start to get colder around her, frost would form from the preconception in the air. Even snow flakes would begin to fall. The claw arm from Levesque that held Remi was now frozen over. Now she would use her earth magic to break the ice encasing her. She was now free to fight!

Duran Outpost: Gadile

"Hey! What's going on!?" A Duran soldier had been walking past an alleyway and spotted some Duran soldiers laying on the ground. "Hey! What happened!? What happened!?" He would keep trying to make contact with the soldiers until he realized the were in fact dead. "No way..." He would sprint in a panic. He was frightened. Who could've done this? He finally reached a horn located near one of the gates of the outpost. "Huh?? What are doin?" The soldier stationed there would question the other soldier. With no answer he bombarded the horn and rang it. "WHAT THE HELL!?" The stationed solider shouted at the other. "We're.... we're under attack! Enemies have infiltrated Gadile!!" The stationed soldier would look in shock, as if he seen a ghost.
